Brisbane is soon to have a new look flexible conference and training venue with a focus on spectacular delegate experience.
Brisbane businesses have some good news to look forward to in 2020. Today, Cliftons announced the re-signing of the current premisis at 288 Edward Street, with an exciting new twist. A reimagined venue will occupy levels 23 and 24 of the building.
Following transformations of Cliftons other venues across Australian and New Zealand in recent years, Cliftons Brisbane is the final venue to be brought in line with the company’s new direction of premium flexible space and dining options.
Cliftons CEO, Andrew Cameron, said that part of the decision to remain at 288 Edward Street was the high degree of confidence in Marquette Properties to reposition the site as an A grade building in the market.
What’s new in the new-look venue?
Renovations include a full kitchen installation, generous reimagined breakout and dining areas, and state-of-the-art technology upgrades. With the venue opening sometime in early 2020, you’ll soon have a brand-new premium destination for company events.
How the design evolved to incorporate ‘best in class’ venue features
In planning the space, Cliftons visited many of the world’s best venues to understand and incorporate best practice into the offering. Cameron said, “worldwide, many venues have come from a hospitality background, meaning some technology and meeting spaces are secondary to the hospitality offering. We have the advantage of leading from the technology side and building the hospitality from there.”
A focus on delivering what businesses need
The Cliftons major upgrade program has seen all venues repositioned and improved to allow superior service quality and delivery. Cliftons focus is on the business community, and their needs is paramount to the success of the business.
