About Art Prize
Open to emerging or established artists, Cliftons Art Prize is awarded for the works of painting, drawing or photography for artists based in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore or Hong Kong.
With the competition broad in scope, entries are invited to encompass diverse subject matters and styles. From landscape to portraiture, abstract to realism, the uniqueness of artworks submitted makes our prize a thrill to judge.
Prizes on offer are generous. Individual regional winners for each location take home AUD $2000 each, with our ultimate winner from this pool receiving an additional $10,000. Not bad huh? And that’s not to mention the media coverage and opportunity to raise your profile as an artist. Winning pieces are retained by Cliftons and displayed in our venues for future patrons to ponder and enjoy. We are delighted to celebrate and support the arts while nurturing artists at all stages of their careers.
