How do I organise a tour of your facility?

What are your hours of operation?

Our facilities are open from 8.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. Access to the facility is available 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week - please contact your Facility Manager to arrange after hours access. Please note: charges may apply to access the facilities outside normal business hours.

Where are you planning to open more facilities?

Cliftons have had requests to open facilities in Singapore, China, and Korea, and are currently looking into these possibilities. If you have a requirement for facilities (either nationally or internationally), please be sure to let us know. All Cliftons locations have been opened due to our client's requirements.

How much does it cost to hire a training room?

I need to conduct a Video Conference to the USA - am I able to use your facilities after hours?

Our facilities are available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additional charges may apply for facility hire outside of normal business hours, please contact your local Facility Manager for more information.
 

How will my students know where to go when they arrive at your training centre?

Cliftons staff members meet and greet the students every morning, from 8.00am until the last class starts. On the first day of your course, students will be informed which room they are in. Instructors are given information regarding the facility, such as the location of emergency exits, where to go for lunch, where the bathrooms are, etc., so they can answer any student enquiries should they arise throughout the day. Each training room has an internal telephone, with contact number for administration and technical support. The Facility Manager can be contacted at any time to answer any additional questions.
 
 

What hotels are near your training centre?

I need to send my manuals to you - who should I address them to, and how will I know if they have arrived or not? 

All couriers should be sent attention to the Facility Manager. Their details can be found here. If you would like to be informed when your shipment arrives, please make a note on the box with your request, including contact details. Alternatively, you can email the Facility Manager for more information.
 
 

The instructor of my course would like to arrive early on the first day of training - what time is he able to access his training room?

Unrestricted access is available from 8.00am, Monday to Friday, as all Cliftons buildings are secured before this time. Should you need to access your training room earlier, please contact your Facility Manager to make arrangements.
 

One of my students has special dietary requirements - how do I order a special lunch for her?

Cliftons has created a 'Lunch Voucher System', where students are given a lunch voucher redeemable at a nominated food court. This system offers students variety, and also caters to special dietary requirements. If you are ordering an in-house lunch for your students, please be sure to inform the Facility Manager of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
