Sitting high above the city with stunning views of Lambton Harbour, the CBD and picturesque hinterland, our Cliftons Wellington conference venue office is one of the most recent additions to the Cliftons group. Opening in late 2010 after much client demand, Cliftons Wellington offers a range of meeting rooms, ideal for business meetings, conferences, training sessions, seminars, evening events and cocktail parties.

Available for use both day and night, our meeting rooms are tastefully decorated, feature the latest in technology and provide a professional and refined place to do business.

Meeting Room Configuration

Cliftons Wellington offers 6 premium meeting rooms available for use both day and night. All of our rooms are beautifully decorated, feature floor to ceiling natural light and provide plenty of space for between 6 – 100 guests.

The configuration and setup of your room is entirely up to you; though it’s generally guided by the type of event you’ll be holding. Our standard meeting room setups include:

Meals and refreshments

All of our meeting room packages come with a variety of drinks and snacks included. Guests can make use of our common breakout area where we serve tea, coffee, water and biscuits all day. If you’d like to provide something a little extra for your guests, we’re happy to offer a range of catered options including:
  • Breakfast foods; including croissants, bagels, pastries, seasonal fruits, smoothies and cereals
  • Morning or afternoon tea with a selection of muffins, bagels, fruits, baked goods and finger foods
  • Individually served gourmet lunch boxes
  • Finger buffets, spoons, shots and canapés. Special dietary requirement meal options are available

Cliftons provides one point of contact for all bookings in New Zealand around the globe, ensuring your booking process is fast and hassle-free. An ideal booking addition is the online registration portal and payment gateway, especially when the number of attendees is uncertain. Cliftons also have a ‘no deposit required’ policy for all bookings, allowing you to secure the date you need ahead of time.
