Females in Information Technology and Telecommunications is a special interest group of the Australian Information Industry Association [AIIA] and is proudly sponsored by AIIA and Telstra.  The organisation is a network that has been operating for 20 years to inspire, encourage and support women in the ICT industry. Through networking, skills development workshops and mentoring they aim to encourage more women into the ICT industry and inspire and support those already in it.
