Q: Can we bring our own laptops?

A: Yes, you can bring along any kind of lap top or computer technology which will enhance your event. You may need to consider any technical support that will be required to configure your hardware with our facilities, but our tech team is always happy to assist. Remember, however, that IT is our area of expertise so whether you need a single lap top or a room full of them, we can set up, configure and connect before you even enter the building!

Q: What other courses are hosted by Cliftons that I could attend?

A: Cliftons provides the best learning environment, but we don’t provide course content, so there’s no published list of courses run within our facilities. However we do run a number of joint events that aim to add value to our partners’ professional lives, and you can see what kinds of free events are taking place in our facilities by regularly checking our news and events calendar

Q: I am an instructor, can I come in early?

A: Yes – you can come in any time after 8am when our facility officially opens. Entry prior to this time can be arranged, but in some instances charges may apply

Q: Where can I park and how much does it cost?

A: All our facilities have been positioned specifically to make access as easy as possible. Wherever possible you’ll find Cliftons at public transport hubs so you’ll almost never need to bring your car in. Q: Are there hotels close by? - I’m travelling to a course and want to be able to walk to your facility.

A: Yes, as all our facilities are located within central business districts, you’ll always find a range of hotels in close proximity. Download the Facility Information Guide on the location page corresponding to your city of choice and hotel options are detailed there.

Q: Can I bring our own catering?

A: We pride ourselves on providing consistent high quality catering to make sure your event guests get as much out of the break time as they do within the rooms. As such we have contracted caterers who supply all food and beverages served within our facilities. A full range of options is available at all of our facilities, including vegetarian, healthy options, gluten free, gourmet sandwiches and hot and cold buffet.

Q: I need to send things in advance of my event starting – can you store boxes on site?

A: Yes – we have ample storage facilities and can look after your course material, brochures or display material so that it’s waiting for you upon arrival. We can even set up and distribute the course material on your participants’ desks to save you time!

Q: Can you recommend a trainer or facilitator who specialises in a particular field?

A: There are a number of trainers and facilitators who use our facilities both here and overseas on a regular basis. Please take a look at our network of Cliftons ambassadors on the Find a Trainer page.
