Event / Facility Support Technician


Do you have a passion for customer service and a keen interest or experience in IT? We might have the role for you! We are always looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Operations team, where you will:

 

 

 - provide technical support to clients and instructors
 - assist with internal network support
 - install and configure desktop operating systems and application software
 - maintain and up-to-date library of client images; and
 - plan and coordinate technical set up and equipment requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

 - 1-2 years experience working with all Windows Operating systems
 - Proven problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
 - Sound networking knowledge; and
 - Excellent communication skills and a customer service focus
