Over the past 14 years, Cliftons has grown to provide clients with the largest network of dedicated computer and seminar training facilities across the Asia Pacific region.
Encompassing over 150 state-of-the-art training and meeting rooms within 10 CBD locations in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong, this footprint of proprietary venues is supplemented by a global affiliates network that allows clients to manage all of their training needs around the world with a single point of contact.
In the past 12 months, Cliftons venues hosted training programs for over 1000 companies and 250,000 attendees.
Cliftons’ venues are centrally located in key cities throughout Asia Pacific. These facilities have been designed and fitted-out specifically to create the optimal learning environment. Unique features to Cliftons venues include supplementary air-conditioning, upgraded lighting complemented by natural light in almost all rooms and custom designed student desks that feature a distinct cable-management system and patented ergonomic design.

Customer Service
Cliftons recognises that any time lost due to technical or administrative issues can have a major impact on the effectiveness of course delivery and as such all venues provide dedicated, 24/7 administrative and technical support. The support team is active on all training floors and can also be immediately called to action with a ‘hotline’ phone in every training room.
All clients benefit from one point of contact for every booking whether for a one-off session in Sydney or a global roll-out on every major continent or across regional Australia. This ensures consistency of delivery and enables companies to benefit from our advice on best practice and how to streamline the delivery of their programs.
Technical Support
Every training room includes an instructor laptop with projector that provides a ‘turn-key’ solution for presenters backed up by 24/7 onsite technical support. With over 2,500 computers available for client use across our venues, a regular replacement schedule is in place to ensure we remain at the forefront of technology with the latest in 8GB machines available.
Innovation
Cliftons has invested significantly to introduce new technology into our training venues including interactive whiteboards that allow presenters to use the front of the classroom as a large-scale computer screen, with their finger as the mouse.
‘Quizdom’, an interactive voting system that allows presenters to engage and involve all students and participants in a real-time dynamic presentation format has also been rolled out across all sites. Each participant gets their own hand-held device which can be used for real-time audience polling or for individual testing during the training to measure progress and the impact of the training delivery.
Our innovation extends beyond the classroom with additional offerings including virtual classrooms, student online registration / payments and post-event feedback surveys.
