Your space — your way

Configuration of your space is entirely up to you and is usually determined by the type of event you’re holding. To make it easier, we offer a choice of theatre, boardroom, classroom, U-shape, pods or computer training layouts when you choose a standard function room hire. Brisbane and the hinterland provide a stunning backdrop and each room is well lit with plenty of natural light.

If a standard function room layout doesn’t suit, we’ll work with you to create a configuration that suits your needs.

Meals and refreshments

Tasty snacks and a range of drinks are included in the cost of your Brisbane meeting room. We invite you and your guests to take advantage of our large communal break-out area to enjoy the selection of teas, coffee, water and biscuits on offer throughout the day.

If you want to provide extra catering, our team can arrange a variety of different options, including:
