We tailor a space to suit you

Cliftons Hong Kong has over 20 different meeting rooms available for hire. All our meeting rooms are brightly lit, tastefully decorated and have plenty of space to seat 2 – 350 guests.  

The configuration of the room is up to you, though it will be guided by the type of meeting you’re holding and the number of guests you’re expecting.

If a standard layout doesn’t suit, we’ll work with you to create a meeting room that reflects your personal style and requirements.

At Cliftons Hong Kong, you will have a dedicated specialist our who will take care of everything - from setup, configuration and testing. Our team ensures everything is working before you step into the room.

Our friendly team members are always on hand to make sure your meetings run smoothly. Both of our Hong Kong facilities are staffed by teams of technical and administrative specialists who are on hand at any time during the day or night.

A range of tasty snacks and drinks are included in all of our meeting room rentals. Your guests can relax in the communal breakout areas and enjoy a selection of teas, coffee, water and biscuits. 

If you’d like to offer catered options for your guests, our team can work with you to create a delicious menu. In the past, we’ve provided everything from:
