Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of client accounts in addition to securing new business. The ideal candidate would have a solution sales background and proved success in a new business environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Account Management and growth of clients
- Maintaining good client liaisons and commercial practices and ensuring profitabale, repeatable business
- Developing and partaking in effective networking to promote and enhance Cliftons business
- Developing new contacts in existing clients portfolios
- Contributing the the preparation of company tenders and proposa;s designed to increase revenue
- Identifying commercial opportunities for Cliftons and developing strategies to exploit them
- Continuously gathering information on Cliftons competitors, on developments in training and on potential business and strategic partnerships
The successful candidate will:
- have a minimum of 3 years experience in a client services/account management/solution sales position
- have the ability to develop strong working relationships with clients
- be a quick learner and have a can do attitude
- be highly motivated
